Working with Mike was a good experience a first time home buyer. To be honest, as a first time buyer you don't know what to expect and what the process really operates like. We also had an unusual situation of being three individuals as buyers. Mike handled well the communication with multiple people to arrange showings (sometimes with very little notice). There wasn't a single showing request he couldn't attend. Mike is clearly dedicated to helping a buyer reach their goals. As a group of buyers, we all had slight different goals for our new home. Despite all of the unique requirements we demand, Mike showed us houses that appealed to all the main goals in a single residential property. When we finally found and toured the house we liked a few times with Mike, we decided to put in a offer. While we didnt get our first "asking price", Mike was able to negotiate a counter offer that was reasonable and fair to all parties. On the day we got our keys, Mike greeted us a smile and did a brief photo shoot of us entering our new home. He also brought us a few very thoughtful and useful housewarming gifts. I would definitely recommend Mike to help first time buyer through the process, or to assist experienced buyer with creating a smooth process.
