I don't think I have enough words to describe or appreciate the hard work and dedication that Mike put into the sale of our home, we had purchased a deed restricted home and we had been coming up on a Military Move and we were pressed for time with very little pool of potential buyers. We had been losing hope that we would be able to find a buyer and some way somehow Mike managed to find one within time and got our sale situated in order to satisfy all parties involved. Mikes market knowledge, experience and willingness to take care of his clients highlights only some of what he has to bring to table for you as an agent, and being prior military is only just the icing on the cake. He knew how to work with the VA and take care of elements within financing in order to smooth out the process of our sale, he also fought for us against the banks and financial institutions when they naturally dragged their feet in order to drive the timeline for the sale.
